The system is composed of:
- Compact Stage Top Incubator for scanning, xy mot/manual (110*160mmaperture) stage with controller for temperatue, humidity and CO2 (pre mixed gas use).
- Dish holders for 35mm, 50/60mm dish, chambe slide, slide glass, chambered coverglass and well plate use.
- Data logging software and communication port to use with LAS-X confocal 3.5.5 / Widefield 3.6.0 (STX-APP).
- Sample Feedback regulation function (STX-FB).
